At SamuLighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience. If your fixture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and the reason for your return.
Prepare the Fixture
Ensure the lighting fixture is uninstalled and securely packed in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
